Royal Palm Tree Services SRQ

I hired Royal Palm Tree Services to cut down a large dead maple tree and also trim several palm trees. I'm so impressed with the entire company's professionalism, from the initial request to the completion of the job. The crew was polite, did an outstanding job and cleaned everything up in a timely manner. The equipment was top notch. Lori in the office was very pleasant to work with also. I highly recommend this company.

I wasn’t able to be present during my tree removal but Dominic sent pix and video to set me at ease. He was polite, efficient and very fairly priced. His team removed the XL dead tree, stump and debris in a just a few hours!

On May 8th of this year, Royal Palm Tree Service came out to trim my Pineapple Palm. However, they didn't do a full trim. By June 24th, this is what it looked like. I had initially asked them to be sure to trim off all the berries as I didn't want my brand new landscaping to be littered with palm shoots once they could take root. I had numerous conversations with Lori and she promised that they would be out to finishe th job, yet they have never shown up. I finally hired (and paid) another company that did a beautiful job of trimming absolutely everything and did a tidy job of it. (They even covered the new landscaping to protect from the following branches!) I wouldn't recommend this tree service for anything and I wish I could get them a zero-star rating. They are not good for their word, they do not follow through, and they do not do quality work.
