We have been customers of Bright Pool Care & Cleaning for a long time, and it has been a great experience from the start. Other pool service companies passed on our indoor vinyl liner pool, but Marc took the time to look everything over carefully and clearly explained what could be done and what was outside the scope. That honesty and knowledge meant a lot to us. Our pool is older, so we have needed a few repairs and equipment updates over time. They replaced our pool heater with no issues, installed a strong handrail that made pool access much easier and safer, and later replaced the pool motor. Most recently, they fixed the power supply for our Dolphin pool cleaner. Every job has been handled with clean, fast, and friendly pool service. Marc, Braxton, and Justin have always been helpful, professional, and easy to work with. When we have a pool problem, we know who to call because they respond with care and pay close attention to the details. Even when something falls outside normal pool service, they point us in the right direction and offer helpful recommendations. It really feels like they give each customer their full attention, and that level of care says a lot about their standards and commitment.
