I have reviewed this company before but consumers need to read the 100 plus negative reviews. Are there good reviews? Yes but the number of negative reviews is extremely high!
There are plenty of good companies out there! Why take a chance to be one of these negative reviews. The response by the President is simply not true nor has he agreed to speak with me.

I didn’t want to write a review for coast to coast as my sales guy was kind and the pool looks great BUT they aren’t there when there is a problem. And we had a major problem. After the very first rain we have had severe flooding in our lanai. Despite the owner saying they would help, the project manager brought his grading sub contractor out and they pointed the finger to the landscaper who planted plants. So I figured we were alone to solve our issue. Fast forward 2 years latter, 2 different types of French drains and we are still having flooding. You know what the last straw for this review was? When I called them to ask for their subs name so I can hire them for wider deco drain on the deck (I made clear I was just looking for a name not any financial aid) and they said they could not recommend anyone. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Heaven forbid something goes wrong with your project as they will leave you high and dry.

Hello Shawnie,
After looking into this and reading through emails I see where our staff offered to assist multiple times. Our deck installers work exclusively for Coast to Coast Pools and do not take outside work, per their request we handle all communications billable or otherwise. We are still willing to assist in upgrading your deco drain.
